Group Customer Ombudsman

Sara Lopes Maia has been the Group Customer Ombudsman since 2022. Her mission is to represent and defend customers’ rights and legitimate interests in accordance with the principles and values that rule the Ombudsman Office actions.

Local Customer Ombudsman, Poland

Magdalena Koralewska joined the Ombudsman team and assumes our mission in Poland as the Local Customer Ombudsman.
